We are looking to invest in someone from outside the industry to become our next Field Service Technician.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll add crucial support to the field service team through:

- Working alongside other Technicians and help provide routine maintenance and repair work on our range of CNC waterjet cutting machinery and water pumps.
- Once up to speed, carry out the full end to end installation process for new machinery, including; pre-site inspections, machine installation and training end users.
- Attending customer sites across Melbourne and interstate, you will have conversations with Production Managers, business owners and Machine Operators about their machinery and operations.
- Develop your knowledge and expertise of CNC machinery and the industries we operate in.
