Are you a skilled professional with a passion for customer service, technical expertise, and hands-on work?

We're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Melbourne area, with primary support located in the South Western suburbs. This role offers a dynamic mix of customer interactions, technical tasks, and inventory management.

About The Role

As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional after-sales service for our spas and swim spas. You'll handle warranty repairs, installations, on-site sales, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas.
• Perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.).
• Develop maintenance and service plans for customers.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.
• Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Ensure spas are maintained at a satisfactory level including cleaning, organizing, and preparing units for display or shipment.

What We're Looking For

• Technical expertise and hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
• A valid driver's license.
• Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred).
• Forklift certification (preferred).
