Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to drive Tailwind Nutrition Australia’s market presence. This role will focus on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to keep our brand top-of-mind for Australian athletes. You will lead our digital marketing efforts, manage B2B marketing initiatives, and oversee integrated marketing communications to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:Create comprehensive long-term and short-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Utilise market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.Implement KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Digital Marketing:Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.Craft engaging social media content that resonates with Australian athletes.Track and manage ad and social media performance through Meta Business Suite to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
- B2B Marketing:Build and maintain relationships with business clients, developing targeted marketing initiatives.Create marketing collateral and proposals tailored for B2B audiences.
- Marketing Communications:Ensure all marketing communications are consistent and reinforce the brand message.Coordinate across various marketing channels to achieve synergy.
- Market Research:Conduct market research to gather insights into customer behaviour and emerging trends.Utilise findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Marketing Communications:Develop and manage communication strategies to promote products and services effectively.Engage with customers by responding to comments and messages.Coordinate editorial features with magazines and media outlets to enhance brand exposure.
- Event Marketing:Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials for events to maintain brand alignment.Stay updated on endurance sports trends and news to inform marketing strategies.
- Trailblazer/Ambassador Program:Oversee and manage our Trailblazer/Ambassador program to build a community of brand advocates.Develop strategies to engage and support ambassadors, fostering relationships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing and B2B marketing strategies.Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and brand management.Excellent analytical skills and experience with market research methodologies.Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).Strong written and verbal communication skills.

How to Apply:
Pay: $53,136.89 - $80,000.00 per year
