We are a earth conscious, beautifully designed and thoughtful brand who want to make a difference to the everyday products we use in our homes.By exemplifying our “never miss an opportunity to make someone’s day” philosophy, you are the point of contact for retail customer enquires, account contact for wholesale clients whilst working to expand our wholesale customer base. This role is a hybrid role with the ability to work both in the warehouse and from home.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Business Development
Wholesale account management
Customer Service
Content and marketing

**Wholesale Account Management**

Maintain Database of wholesale customers ensuring up to date details and order status
Check-in and follow-up orders, garnering feedback and assisting solving problems or complaints
Identify potential stockists and assist with sending out sample packs
Find and create opportunities to increase stockists and order volumes

**Customer Service**

Entering returns or replacements into Shopify
Replying to website reviews, executing promotional initiatives

**Warehouse Assistance**

Assisting with the packing and dispatching of orders
Assisting with stocktake and stock management

**Content & Marketing**

Assist with the creation of content when in the warehouse
Review and utilise Instagram to build relationships with existing/potential stockists
Provide input to the marketing calendar and promotional incentives for wholesale customers

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES**

Experience in a retail or sales environment
Proven ability to build relationship and influence
Basic business acumen and computer skills
Excellent command of English and be able to communicate both professionally and colloquially.
Organised and focused with the ability work autonomously
Environmentally conscious with a sense of moral responsibility
Enjoys being kind and feels satisfaction by helping people and “making their day”

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
