**About Tailwind Nutrition Australia**
Tailwind Nutrition fuels athletes, adventurers, and outdoor lovers with clean, effective sports nutrition designed for endurance and recovery. We're a small, passionate team with a strong presence in the Australian endurance sports community, and we’re on the lookout for someone organised, adaptable, and customer-focused to support our operations across wholesale, customer service, and events.
**About the Role**
This is a hands-on administrative and coordination role at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly across three core areas: supporting our wholesale accounts, customer operations, and helping our events and sponsorship team stay organised.
You will be working alongside experienced team members in each department.
We’re looking for someone who’s happy to jump in where needed, thrives on variety, is well organised.
**About You - You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:
- Proven experience in customer service, account coordination, or admin support.
- Confidence in managing external relationships professionally and positively.
- Strong attention to detail and task prioritisation skills.
- Experience handling logistics, order systems, or event planning.
- Familiarity with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Great communication and a collaborative mindset - you’re the kind of person who steps in and gets it done.
- _Strongly recommended:_ Experience or passion in events, outdoor sports, fitness, or the nutrition industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Wholesale & Account Support**
- Assist with managing relationships with retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring consistent service and product knowledge.
- Process and follow up orders, track delivery issues, and support customer stock planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain stockist support tools and pricing updates.
- Help track and report on sales goals and KPIs related to account management.
**Customer Operations**
- Assist with order tracking, payments, returns, and customer troubleshooting.
- Maintain CRM records, price books, and communication logs.
- Follow up on invoicing and liaise with accounts on receivables.
- Support internal documentation, systems updates, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule EDMs and wholesale newsletters
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on marketing effectiveness and campaign performance metrics
- Provide internal support through training documentation, system updates, and process improvement initiatives
**Event Administration**
- Support the Events & Sponsorship team with admin, planning and logistics for sponsored events and expos.
- Coordinate product shipments, signage, promotional stock, and race-day materials.
- Communicate with Race Directors and volunteers on event needs and Tailwind's support deliverables.
- Track and report on event outcomes, code usage, and ROI.
- Prepare post-event follow-up reports, including feedback and learnings.
