**The Role**:

- Our well known client is kicking off a 3+ year ERP transformation and on the lookout for 2 ERP Functional Leads on a contract basis.
- 1x HR - will work closely with internal and external senior stakeholders to lead HR design and implementation activities
- 1x Finance - will work closely with internal and external senior stakeholders to lead Finance design and implementation activities

**Your Responsibiltiies**:

- Liaising with senior executives, HR/Finance business stakeholders, functional HR/Finance experts, program resources, other stakeholders and external vendors. As it is anticipated that a Systems Integrator (SI) will be appointed to deliver the new ERP platform.
- Lead ERP HR/Finance design and implementation activities across the end-to-end HR processes
- Work with program stakeholders to provide input for cross-functional solution design (including leading and facilitating workshops if required)
- Work with People business stakeholders to develop detailed ERP process and system requirements

**About You**:

- End-to-end delivery skills derived from multiple large-scale ERP transformations
- End-to-end project leadership skills in both Waterfall and Agile projects
- Advanced capability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management capability
