**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective customer communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor customer service metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
