In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to shape and improve our motor claims processes. By analysing vehicle performance data and collaborating with motor assessors and repairer networks, you’ll drive efficiency, reduce repair times, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

**A bit about the role**:

- Complete vehicle damage assessments
- Manage a group of network smash repairers
- Oversee the quality of the claims process
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Detect and reduce fraud
- Achieve fast turnaround times& control costs

**About you**:

- A motor trade qualification in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting is essential
- Experience in an assessing or estimating role will be a bonus
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Audanet experience (preference)
