**About Us**:
Dune Health and Wellbeing Pty Ltd is a quickly growing allied health practice with a focus on providing culturally competent and inclusive care to its clients.

We are seeking a motivated, professional, part-time (15 to 20 hours a week) practice manager to support practice administration.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and managing appointments.
- Answering and returning phone calls.
- Proofreading, formatting and sending documents to key stakeholders (clients, GPs, schools, etc.)
- Accurately managing Medicare and Insurance billing in a timely fashion.
- Preparing and sending client invoices in a timely fashion.
- Liaising with the book keeper, administrators and clinicians to ensure timely follow up on client and practice matters.
- Ensuring that document storage systems are keep up-to-date and logically organized.
- Training and supporting new staff/placement students on all administrative procedures.
- Chairing meetings and training.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Health administration experience or tertiary qualifications.
- An understanding of mental health and/or previous experience in the mental health sector.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail while also being flexible and adaptable.
- Experience working with practice management software (e.g., Powerdiary is desirable), Dropbox, Gmail/Google services, Microsoft software etc.
- Be a quick learner, have a great memory and collaborative working style.
- Be able to take initiative as well as take feedback and instruction.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
