Use data analysis to direct activities in key priority areas to build / maintain high levels of performance.

Your team are based across multiple locations in the Northern metropolitan Adelaide area and Regional SA. The base location is flexible but there is an expectation of regular travel to sites in the area which include Elizabeth, Modbury, Clare, Kadina, Ardrossan and Balaklava.

**Duties**
- Cultivate a motivated and effective team across multiple sites
- Assess local employer needs and build strategies to place our job seekers
- Leverage community connections to deliver on employer and job seeker needs
- Monitor, analyse and drive both team and individual performance
- Manage people from recruitment onwards

Proven success in the Employment Services industry will be held in high regard but is not essential. We value transferrable skills so whether you are a current Manager in another industry or an Employment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career, we have the tools and training to support you in this position.
