**Asset Performance Analyst**

**The Position**

We are currently seeking experienced Asset Performance Analyst to join our growing Brisbane based team on a permanent full-time basis.
- The purpose of this role is to use asset data to drive improvements in asset performance and management
- Develop analytical models, tools and capabilities to help find value from data and drive business improvement
- Use Python & other tools to automate existing and future processes, constantly driving efficiency through the business
- Support maintenance planners and provide tools to assist them in delivering better plans, driven by condition rather than frequency
- Support the Asset Management team in responding to ad hoc queries and reporting requirements from the wider business.

**We are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering / business / related discipline or a min 5 years’ experience working in a similar role in the Mining and Earthmoving industry would be an advantage.
- Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and programming software such as Python (essential) and SQL (preferred)
- Experience in maintenance of heavy mobile earth moving equipment, in particular CAT, Hitachi and Komatsu preferred
- Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
- High attention to detail, ability to research and produce high quality documentation
- Natural curiosity to improve, understand and make a difference every day.
