**Pay**: $35 $40+ per hour + super (depending on experience)

A Newmarket, QLD family is seeking an experienced and nurturing **full-time nanny/housekeeper** to support their busy household and children aged (6 and 4yrs). The role is a **genuine mix of childcare and home management**, perfect for someone proactive, energetic, and passionate about family values.
**Hours and Days**:
**Schedule**: 38 hours per week
**Availability required**: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am 6:00 pm (flexible roster provided weekly)
**About You**:
The ideal nanny..
Has strong, proven experience in childcare or similar roles
Is calm, energetic, proactive, and physically fit
Holds a **valid driver s licence** and is confident driving children (car provided)
Honest, caring, and aligned with traditional **family values**: respect, work ethic, kindness, education
Able to take direction but also work independently with initiative
Committed to becoming a long-term part of the family s support network
**Responsibilities and Typical Day**:
**Childcare duties**
- School/kindy drop-off and pick-up (vehicle provided)
- Daily routines including meals, bathtime, homework, and structured play
- Engaging children in educational and creative activities
- Supporting children s development in a warm, consistent manner
- Managing **dairy allergies** (training can be provided)

**Housekeeping duties (during school hours)**
- Light cleaning and home maintenance
- Laundry and organisation
- Meal prep and grocery errands
- Helping ensure smooth daily household operations

**Requirements**:
Please ensure you meet the following:

- 3+ years of experience as a nanny in similar roles or working in child care
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Blue Card Police Check
- Display strong communication skills and speaks English
- Non smoking
- Full drivers license with a clean driving record - Confident driver
