Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the sales floor, including merchandise presentation, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Set a high standard for customer service and coach team members to deliver exceptional experiences to every customer.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies, upselling techniques, and product knowledge. Monitor sales metrics and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to improve processes and resolve conflicts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and loss prevention measures.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, colleagues, and management, sharing feedback, updates, and insights regularly.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
