Dental Practice Manager/receptionist

Our small family owned practice located just 15 minutes north of Brisbane City is hiring

We are looking for a mature and responsible person to help manage the day to day running of the practice and assist our patients (both prospective and existing) with a smile. Ideally we require someone who is able to confidently complete all reception tasks and is familiar with the private dental setting. We like to make our patient's feel valued and cared for. The ability to chairside assist for the dentists is a bonus, as we are a small practice with limited staff.

The following skills are required:

- Sound computer skills: we try to digitise as much as possible
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken
- Time management and the ability to take initiative
- The ability to manage and guide less experienced staff
- Managing patient queries and complaints
- Knowledge of how to organise dentist's appointment books, including experience in using dental practice management software.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental reception/Practice management: 1 year (preferred)
