**The Role**
The Account Manager will be at the forefront of enhancing and evolving existing partnerships to realise incremental commercial opportunities. You will the needs, structures, organisational ambitions and current freight approach to provide innovative solutions that deliver efficiencies for your customer base. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will position yourself as an industry network, provide data led insight and continue to add ongoing value as a trusted customer partner.
You will work alongside internal teams to create customer experiences that exceed expectations and act as the brand champion for our client. You will thrive in environments that reward overachievement and seek to set new milestones as you deliver exception business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential new revenue streams with existing clients
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise tailored logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Analyse customer needs and preferences to inform solution offerings

**What we are looking for**
- Dedicated experience as an Account Manager with solution-based selling skills across mid-large scale entities
- Understanding of/experience within the transport and logistics industry preferred
- Outcomes focused with a commitment to achievement and finding solutions for those they partner with
- Track record of driving revenue growth and profitability within existing customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently
- Proven ability to build relationship with a diverse mix of stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field highly regarded
