**Purpose of the Role
You will be engaging with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience, managing towing and assistance request calls, managing cases from end-to-end and assisting customers through their mobility assistance journey.

**Position Accountabilities
- Focusing on first-call resolution, manage incoming calls from end-to-end
- Work collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to the team in a positive & engaging way
- Build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersComply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as all company policies & procedures

**Knowledge and Experience:
- An understanding or interest in motor vehicles
- Experience in a customer focused role with a genuine care for helping people
- Highly developed communication skills, adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Ability to work in a call centre environment
- Demonstrated experience in identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, and actioning suitable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate with others
