**The role**:
Our goal is to recover the most amount of money in the most efficient and regulated manner for each claim. The role will involve managing a portfolio of undisputed liability claims, where you use your skills to collect this money.

**Skills & Experience**
- Motor claim or liability experience highly desirable
- Ideally a good understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Ability to make decisions and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service skills written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, prioritise tasks and organise workload effectively.
- Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.Broad ability to drive for results, focus on outcomes and well-developed negotiation skills.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of recoveries claims, these will be claims where a TPI claim number has been provided and the liability has been accepted.
- Maximise the recovery amount received on each claim.
- Effectively manage and triage claims through coordination, communication and prioritisation of activity between Recoveries, customers, TPI’s, and service providers.
- Manage outbound calls to TPI’s to chase recovery payments.
- Manage inbound correspondence from TPI’s on undisputed claims.
- Instigate litigation where appropriate, considering the broader commercial impacts.Leverage available tools and resources to maximise contact productivity with TPI’s.
