**The Role**

Our Customer Experience Team is the first point of contact to our AutoGlass customers when they attend our Service Centres. Our Smeaton Grange Service Centre is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join the team. In return we will offer a flexible and supporting working environment, to help support you and your career.

**What does this involve?**
- Face to Face customer service, greeting customers and visitors a reception with a positive, helpful attitude
- Ensuring our customers have the best experience
- Provide support to the Service Centre Manager and the running of daily operations
- Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries
- Flexible part time position - 20 hours per week

- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
