As a registered provider under the National Disability and Insurance Scheme, we are known for working with families or people with permanent and significant disabilities. As all our current gardeners schedules are full for the Southern Gold Coast, we require a new Gardener assist our clients on a weekly/fortnightly basis. The clients are based on the southern end of the Gold Coast from Tweed to Mudgeeraba

- **No More Looking For Clients**:

- As a Contractor for us we aim to allocate as many gardening clients you’re able to commit to. This means no more advertising or asking for new leads or clients, we’ll find them and book them for you.
- **The Work Is Consistent** - Unlike one off gardening jobs our NDIS Participants need regular support. They require frequent gardening which means once you have accepted a new job, that client now becomes an ongoing job. Jobs can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This means regular, consistent and predictable income for our Contractors.

- We understand our Contractors have other responsibilities or priorities. So we work with our Contractors to make sure the jobs we offer meets their needs. We make sure the jobs we offer are within close proximity of your preferred work locations. We regularly check in with our Contractors to confirm their schedule and availability
- **Weekly Payments**:

- You don't need to chase clients for money. You submit your invoice using our contractor portal each week and we will pay you the following week.
- **You Get Suppor**t -Although our gardeners are Contractors they’re still part of our team. We encourage open communication and speak to Contractors frequently. We have developed our own technology to make working with Your Helpers Home Services as easy as possible. Our online Contractor Portal gives Contractors access to view their allocated jobs and submit invoices online, automating processes to make life easier for our Contractors.

- It’s rewarding helping NDIS Participants with tasks that many take for granted. Clients are genuinely grateful for your service and helping them maintain some independence.
- Most jobs we are able to pay a flat rate **travel charge**:

- We can pay you when the client has **cancelled at late notice**:

- We reimburse you for tip fees

This type or work is not ideal for someone wanting to complete 10 jobs per day. It's suited to a contractor wanting to take their time and do a good job and accommodate the client as best they can.

**To be considered you will need;**
- Your own reliable vehicle and trailer
- All equipment necessary for maintaining yards such as mower, whipper snipper, hedging equipment, weed spraying, gurney, blower, small chainsaw.
- An ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- To be based on the Gold Coast
- COVID-19 Vaccination
