We're seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations and provide delivery services to job sites across the Gold Coast and Brisbane South East regions. This is a full-time position perfect for someone who values stability, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a growing renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shed/warehouse operations and inventory
  • Coordinate stock movements and maintain organised storage systems
  • Drive company truck to deliver materials and equipment to job sites across Gold Coast and Brisbane South East
  • Operate forklift and crane truck for loading/unloading operations
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained
  • Liaise with installation teams and project coordinators
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movements

Essential Requirements:

  • MR (Medium Rigid) Truck License - MANDATORY
  • Current Forklift License - MANDATORY
  • Experience in warehouse/shed management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent work ethic
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
  • Clear communication skills
  • Basic understanding of motor vehicle / truck maintenance
