**About the role**

Central Building & Property Maintenance is a proudly owned family operated business for over 13 years. Servicing Sydney, Newcastle Gold Coast and Brisbane.

We are seeking a highly motivated fabricator that takes pride in their work to join our Gold Coast team at Biggera Waters for an immediate start.

We are looking for a fabricator that has installing experience or someone whom would be willing to learn.

, however the work will take you anywhere from sunshine Coast to Byron Bay and odd occasions interstate.

**Activities**
- The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:_
- MIG Welding Aluminium
- MIG weld mild steel
- High quality workmanship
- Read and interpret drawings supplied by our team
- A positive attitude to safety
- A high standard of productivity
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised
- Willingness to develop new skills
- They are self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Willing to go to site and install or willing to learn
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Above award wages

**Relevant trade Qualification**

Must have own transportation (Fuel card provided)

Australian drivers licence

Construction white card

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Aluminium Fabrication: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- Construction white card (preferred)

- Australia (required)
