Service and Depot Coordinator

Rentokil is looking for an organised Service & Depot Coordinator with strong administrative, planning, and communication skills to join our Ambius team in Brisbane on a full-time basis.

**The core responsibilities in this role include**:

- Organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities
- Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to your line Manager
- Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries/complaints on service and where required, as well as arrange necessary non-routine service calls
- Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer System
- Allocate new clients into appropriate zones within divisional time frames and advise technicians of any amendments to their zone.
- Work alongside the LSM/Sales & Operations Manager to ensure team budgets on plant usage are being managed and controlled
- Continually work with branch management to ensure the branch's state of service meets or exceeds the divisional targets of no less than 98% but always targeting 100%.
- Provide effective support to the line manager, so that the service needs of both internal and external clients are met. This is the dual focus of both client retention and portfolio growth.
- The Service & depot Coordinator is responsible for ordering all containers and plants as outlined in the service agreement.
- Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements
- Re-route regularly to ensure logístical productivity, ensuring zones can be completed in the time
- Allocation, with maximum efficiency within the allocated working hours.
- Assist with updating the Contract system inventory to ensure branch profitability and technician efficient
- Provide ongoing reports requested by management in relation to such items as state of service, jobs, customer service history, specific technician productivity, and customer retention
- Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes

**Depot Duties**:

- Receive deliveries from freight providers,
- Accurately count stock into inventory,
- Accurately complete the Pick & Pack process,
- Operate Warehouse Equipment (Forklift /walk-behind stacker) regularly in the course of your duties
- Assist with Plant Deliveries, by removing, counting, and allocating plants to their correct bays and assist with maintaining plants in the igloos.
- Data Entry / Stock Transfer Entry,
- Ensure stock is available for the technicians,
- Other duties as required in the Warehouse Environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driver’s license (manual)
- Cert IV of Horticulture
- 1+ Years working with plants in any capacity
- Good understanding of plant pests and diseases
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to give clear instructions
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise during busy periods
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role, or fast-paced office environment
