**About the role**

Core duties include:

- Supporting the State Manager with the day to day operations of the Brisbane Depot, ensuring the delivery of high quality and timely vehicle services.
- Supervising and supporting driving staff in an environment operating 24 hours a day, seven days per week
- Effectively managing a vehicle fleet in an efficient, effective and environmentally sustainable manner
- Supporting the State Manager with delivery of the Brisbane Guest of Government visit program, ensuring a high level of service delivery
- have demonstrated experience working within an operational environment
- demonstrate the ability to actively and consistently respond to staffing and performance issues following relevant policies and guidelines
