The FAA Group has been operating for over 30 years servicing over 20,000 clients. We provide a wide range of financial services and products to a wide range of clients in both the government and private sectors.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for a Property Manager with a Queensland Real Estate License to join our team.
**The Position Benefits**:
- Immediate start
- Salary $55,000 with no experience - we will train you
- Salary $60,000 plus, depending on experience
- Motor Vehicle with reasonable personal use, fuel card, mobile phone
- Monday to Friday

**Opportunities to be trained in the following**:
- Telephone and F2F contact with clients
- Internal CRM and managing a diary
- Conducting administration duties for a portfolio of properties
- Managing property maintenance
- Conducting inspections/open homes/entries and exits
- Managing arrears
- Lease renewals
- Compliance updates
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality client service and administration support within a team environment. You will primarily be handling incoming enquiries from our clients and help facilitate the smooth operation of all client associated activity including administration and travel to routine inspections/open homes and entries and exits.
**Skills / Attributes Required**:
- Drivers licence
- QLD Real Estate Licence
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
- Effective administration
- Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Good computer skills and knowledge with aptitude to learn new systems.
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
- Can do attitude
- Team Player
