We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced Retail Food Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available Monday, Tuesday lunch and weekend dinner shifts but we are flexible. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that consistently follows brand standards to ensure that we keep our customers satisfied so that they return often and recommend us to others. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members work towards providing the best tasting pizza on time and as promised.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage the pizzeria in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining superior customer service and satisfaction
- Provides direction to the team during shift; acts as a coach and mentor, role modelling the expectations of customer service and upholding Pizza Capers standards
- Coach, educate and motivate the team to maintain a high-quality customer service experience
- Provides leadership within the pizzeria; recognising and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed to maintain cleanliness of equipment and pizzeria in general
- Build sales and maximise profits by effectively interacting, developing, and communicating our company and customer expectations to the entire team
- Provide effective Dough Management, Prep Management and equal assignment of duties
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Make great Pizza

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 21-25 per week

**Salary**: $31.81 - $44.54 per hour
