We're seeking an experienced Casual Team Leader to join our parks cleaning team. If you're hands-on, reliable, and enjoy leading a small team, this role is perfect for you

What's on Offer:

  • $33.38 per hour + Leading Hand allowance $58.93/week
  • Casual role: Monday – Sunday, 28–32 hours per week (potential for additional hours)
  • Penalty rates apply on weekends & public holidays
  • Flexible, casual working arrangements

Your Role:

  • Lead 1–2 staff across 20–30 parks per shift
  • Drive our company ute between sites
  • Collect and dispose of rubbish at Bolinda Rd Resource Center
  • Start and finish each day at our Campbellfield depot
  • Work across multiple sites in Melbourne's Northern suburbs

About You:

  • Victorian driver's licence + ability to drive company ute
  • Physically fit and ready for active, hands-on work
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team skills
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality service
  • PPE: steel cap boots & Hi-Vis
