**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team to work predominantly in our Tuscan Terrace restaurant. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the restaurant and leading the team to provide exceptional service to our guests. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

The Restaurant Supervisor may be required to work in any of our food and beverage outlets (including functions), so adaptability, versatility and an ability to work wherever you are needed within our business is key We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic restaurant professional with an attentive and personable service style. In this role your responsibilities expand to leading the shift, providing supportive training and lifting the floor team to deliver great service experiences.

This position will work various shifts over a 7-day roster, and availability on weekends, late nights and public holidays are also required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate;
- Good experience in a food and beverage environment;
- Leadership experience in small to medium scale restaurant;
- A genuine commitment to making every guest feel special;
- Positive, engaging and enthusiastic personality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Superb presentation and grooming;
- Available to work a variety of shifts;
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate;
- Full working rights within Australia.
