About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our team as a **Restaurant and Events Supervisor**. This role is central to ensuring the smooth daily running of our food and beverage service, along with the successful delivery of member events, private functions, and corporate occasions.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and events service.
- Lead, support, and onboard casual staff, ensuring high standards of training and engagement.
- Prepare, set up, and execute events with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Foster collaboration across departments to deliver seamless member and guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with WHS, RSA, and all relevant hospitality regulations.
- Spot and action the small details that elevate the overall service.
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager with operational and event responsibilities.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who brings:

- A strong background in bar and restaurant operations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and onboarding casual staff.
- Self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to business needs.
- Confidence in event planning, preparation, and execution.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration with colleagues across the Club.
- A detail-oriented approach with pride in delivering excellence.
- Commitment to compliance with WHS and RSA standards.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings when required.
- A professional yet friendly personality that builds rapport with members, guests, and clients.
