We have multiple permanent, full time positions available at our Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
- Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
- Promote and advocate good health and treat every child’s health as a top priority

**Qualifications required**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood/Children’s services
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification

**About the centre**
YMCA Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre is a 115 place Long Day Care service, which also offers sessional kindergarten. We work closely with the local community to ensure that we are providing the highest possible care to all children within our service. We offer children a purpose-built early learning centre to instil a love of learning, nurture curiosity and help children reach their full potential, providing everything needed to play, learn and thrive throughout the day.
