Jenny’s Early Learning Centre Epsom are seeking highly motivated team members to complement our existing Educators. We have a beautiful centre and we'd love for great people to join us We have our very own cottage garden where we grow and use much of our own produce on site - last year we grew over 400kg of pumpkins in our garden We are consistently striving for Excellence in Early Childhood Learning in a fun and stimulating work environment, we are renowned throughout the industry for our fantastic supportive culture, where staff are encouraged to grow and develop as educators and individuals. **To be successful in the role you need to**:

- Provide children with the best possible environment to learn, play, grow and become their best selves
- Have a qualification in Early Childhood (or be ready to study one)
- Have passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Learning
- Encourage children on a lifelong journey in education
- Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be a team player who is friendly and energetic
- A good understanding of Jenny's ELC Values
- Be solution-focused, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude

**What you will do**:

- Establish and develop positive, meaningful and caring relationships with children, families and the team around you
- Create a friendly, stimulating and secure learning environment
- Assist in delivering a challenging and supportive educational program to children aged 0 to 5 years

**Additional Information**:

- You must be willing to obtain a current First Aid Certificate with CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
- You must either already hold or have applied for a Working With Children’s Check prior to commencement.
- As per the industry mandate for education workers, you must be fully up to date with your Covid-19 vaccinations
