Their Australian branch was established in 2018 to commence construction of 12 Offshore Patrol Vessels for the Royal Australian Navy over a 12 year period. For this client and in cooperation with MTC & Executive Search GmbH, we are searching for a:
Scheduler (M/F/x)

In Perth / Australia

Tasks

To update the CMS (Contract Master Schedule) with production progress and activities to ensure the Project's scheduling objectives are met in terms of integrated schedule and risk support and participate in tracking and reporting the Project's
deliverables and targets. Set the standards and continuously improve scheduling processes in conjunction with the PMO Manager.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Contract Master Schedule, plans, processes and procedures from concept through the lifecycle of the project
- Promote the Earned Value (EV) related Reviews, on schedules under your direct control
- Maintain the standards and conduct continuous improvement activities on Schedule related processes
- Liaise with the subcontractors on Project Scheduling &progress reporting
- Provide schedule related expertise to the project team (PM, CAMs and Project Controls team
- Manage the Schedule control change records for the schedules under direct control

**Requirements**:

- Project management or Project Controls related qualification
- 3 or more years experience in Project Scheduling, Work Preparation, Planning, etc.;
preferably in a Defence/shipbuilding environment with experience in Project Scheduling, Work Preparation, Planning, etc.; preferably in a Defence/shipbuilding environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- 3 or more years experience in Project Scheduling, Work Preparation, Planning, etc.;
preferably in a Defence/shipbuilding environment
- Willingness to travel domestically when required
