With a strong focus on company culture and genuine career progression our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join them in continuing to provide high level service to their clients. Join this dynamic firm located north of Melbourne’s CBD and continue to grow and develop your accounting career
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients over the phone
- Processing ATO correspondence
- Client database management
- Collating and scanning documents
- Assisting with tax registrations
- Business name registrations and renewals
- Assisting the accountants with invoice management
- Reception relief
**About You**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in public practice
- Experience with Xero and the ATO Portal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to work within a team environment
