**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree mandatory;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in an international or exchange company is a plus.

**Daily tasks include**:
1) Performing recruitment activities, from advertising to interviewing, reference checks and hiring.

2) Discussing staff issues with managers, such as absenteeism or non-performance.

3) Discussing work issues with employees, such as salary and benefits or the circumstances surrounding a complaint.

4) Meeting with senior management to discuss organisational change and the impact, obligations and benefits from an HR perspective.

5) Meeting with team members in order to discuss companies decisions and get employee feedback and insights.

6) Fielding enquiries relating to HR and distributing to the team.

7) Escalating issues to senior HR managers and senior organisational managers.

8) Arranging support for employees experiencing difficulty.

9) Writing and updating policies and procedures.

10) Planning, organising and conducting training and onboarding.

11) Providing career development counselling

12) Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support

13) Keep up to date with industrial relations, award and human resources related functions.

14) Ensuring that they and all personnel adhere to the company's rules and regulations, legislative requirements and current employment practices, including: Equal employment opportunity; Anti-discrimination; Confidentiality; Employment law.

15) Carry out special projects and research as requested by the Human Resources Manager.

16) Perform any other duties as requested by Senior Management

**Annual salary**: $73,150 + Super

Working Hours - 38 per week

Pay: $73,150.00 per year
