**About the Role**:
Our client services team represents a pet owner’s first impression of SASH and the service we strive to offer is 5 stars. This is a permanent, full-time position. As we are a 24hr facility, this person will be working a mixture of shifts across a 12-hour roster. This truly is a reception position like no other, where no two days are the same.
Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:
- High volume inbound and outbound calls
- Coordination and booking of appointments both over the phone
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the clinical team.
- Handling of cash, EFTPOS and other payments
- Requesting results, samples and other documents from third parties.
**About You**:
We are looking for a likeminded and dedicated individual to join our friendly and vibrant team. This is a position that will be challenging and is not for the fainthearted. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive, engaging and helpful attitude to the role. To be considered for the position, you will have:
- Excellent and proven customer service skills demonstrated in a similar faced paced environment.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-volume contact centre environment
- Proven ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
- Display an empathic yet resilient attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A great team play with an ability to work autonomously when required
- Passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service
