**The Opportunity**

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a WHS Coordinator to effectively support the National Safety Team and National Safety Manager in the management of the company safety management system (RamAusSMS) and the promotion of work health and safety at Hollywood Private Hospital in Nedlands, WA.

As a WHS Coordinator, you will assist the WHS Manager facilitate and coordinate the hospital’s safety and risk management portfolio in line with corporate and business unit mission and objectives. You will support the hospital to meet their WHS legislative obligations through implementation of the RamAusSMS.

This position will be permanent full-time, reporting directly to the WA & SA Safety Manager.

- WHS technical skillset, with a keen focus on process improvement
- Ability to work across a multi-layered organisation, providing advice and education
- Able to efficiently influence stakeholders and drive WHS improvement initiatives

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Qualifications in Work Health and Safety
- Knowledge in relevant WHS legislation and ability to meet WHS targets
- Commitment to the achievement of excellent outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability and customer service

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
- Experience within the health industry or a large organisation

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
