**About the role**:
Our business team is engaging, fast-paced and constantly evolving. We have an exciting sales opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our VIC B2B team. This role will continue to grow our customer base through category growth and member acquisitions. We are committed to building sustainable customer relationships by clearly identifying new customers and being able to confidently articulate the benefits of our offering and have the capability to provide tailored solutions to support our customers.

**About you**:
You are self-motivated, with a passion for client service and a hunger to achieving targets and finding the best solutions for our customers. You will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated Sales and/or Account Management experience in a B2B environment. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to build long-term, profitable and sustainable relationships with business customers
- A strong understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs, whilst maximising customer satisfaction
- Able to achieve and exceed targets and budgets
- Ability to build and manage the Sales Pipeline
- Ability to behave in a professional, courteous, and personable manner whilst, remaining assertive, building trust and respect with all key stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to negotiate with B2B customers
