**About the role**:
Are you passionate about eCommerce and ready to take on a key strategic role in driving online sales revenue? We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Merchandise Specialist to join our dynamic team at Officeworks, a leading retailer in the industry. As the eCommerce Merchandise Specialist, you will be responsible for developing website merchandising strategies that leverage data to maximize conversion and ensure a customer-centric online shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**: As the eCommerce Merchandise Specialist, you will be the primary representative for your categories, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to:

- Develop and execute an eCommerce Merchandising Roadmap, focusing on key category growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with buyers and buying managers to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and new product/range launches.
- Strategize and implement online merchandise strategies, optimizing placement, presentation, and personalization to drive conversion and sales.
- Ensure a customer-first shopping experience by identifying cross-category overlaps and opportunities.
- Enhance the on-site experience, managing product launches, and peak trade executions for maximum impact.

**About you**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Commerce, IT, or a relevant field (desirable but not essential).
- 4+ years of eCommerce Merchandise experience in a similar eCommerce business.
- Proven understanding of effective promotion and merchandising through digital channels, staying updated with emerging technologies and platforms.
- Customer-focused with a track record of understanding customer needs and behaviors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMS software, and various analytics tools such as IBM Management Centre, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
