Victoria's Secret at Chadstone is looking for Bra Specialists The Bra Fitting Specialist is an expert in bra product and fit - able to diagnose fit issues, sell bra wardrobes and deliver emotionally engaging customer experiences that ultimately grow total bra sales. The Bra Fitting Specialist promotes an "I am Best at Bras" culture by inspiring, supporting and mentoring peers. Areas of Responsibility - Drives bra sales and growth by personally selling to customers - Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively - Moves with intention, connects with multiple customers and encourages them to try on product - Demonstrates expert-level product and fit knowledge to diagnose fit issues and build bra wardrobes on the sales floor and/or fitting room - Takes initiative to understand the bra business and offers suggestions on how the store can drive bra growth - Assists in training of new sales associates, serving as a shadow partner - Previous bra fitting experience - Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer's expectations - Demonstrates empathy and sensitivity - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals preferred - Has a healthy, competitive spirit, while maintaining a team focus - Seeks out coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; leads own learning **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Part-time hours: 20-38 per week **Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year Schedule: - Morning shift - Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Chadstone VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
