Store Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and report metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process sales transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with senior management to uphold store policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for art, design, and delivering exceptional retail experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
