**Assistant Category Manager - Spirits Local & Craft (Location: Melbourne / Sydney)**

**About the Opportunity**

As a Local and Craft Assistant Category Manager you are responsible for achieving the key business drivers in Sales, Profit and Inventory targets for the Spirits Local portfolio, implementing category strategies and supporting the wider team in the execution of the Category strategy.

Reporting to the Category Manager, you will also take responsbility for:

- Consistent delivery of category sales & profit metrics
- Supporting your Category Manager to bring category strategies to life online and in-store
- Support in delivering a weekly promotional eCommerce plan; hitting KPIs and sales targets
- Optimise the merchandising of products across our sites, app and partner sites to maximise profit

**About You**

You will have strong stakeholder management skills and will understand the nuances of the industry. Your experience in buying and merchandise management will set you up for success in this role.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A customer centric attitude and a passion for the liquor industry
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
