**FULL TIME BARISTA POSITION**

Are you a coffee professional with a knack for crafting the perfect brew? We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual with a passion for serving exemplary coffee to join the Kaska team. Minimum 2 Years’ experience running/leading coffee service in a busy café environment is essential. Must be able to maintain workflow efficiency under pressure when working both solo and in a team during peak hour service.

**RESPONSIBILIES**
- Craft and serve exceptional espresso, filter, tea and other beverages to a consistent high quality standard
- Consistently execute milk texturising and latte art with precision and care
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the café workspace and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking to ensure seamless operations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience
- Pitch in with floor service and dishwashing as needed, embodying a true team spirit

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista in a high output setting
- Proficient in espresso preparation and various coffee brewing methods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality output
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Full time availability and unrestricted work visa

Pay: $31.09 - $37.31 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
