We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Wellbeing & Injury Management Coordinator to be part of an innovate forward thinking and diverse team

**In this role, you will**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of wellbeing programs, including psychosocial.
- Coordinate and support wellbeing champions to deliver initiatives on mental, physical, social and financial well-being.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on wellbeing-related issues, including mental and physical health.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify areas of improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of current initiatives.
- Promote awareness and education around wellbeing-related issues with an emphasis on mental, physical, social and financial well-being.
- Support injured employees and their line managers through the injury management process ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including the _Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act _and the _Workers’ Compensation Code of Practice (Injury Management)_ and relevant national Health policies and procedures

**Who we are looking for?**
- Have post-secondary qualifications in a health related field or similar
- A genuine passion for promoting employee wellbeing and creating a positive work environment.
- A strong understanding of wellbeing-related issues, including psychosocial hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to develop and implement new initiatives to support employee psychosocial and physical wellbeing.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of effective well-being programs.
- Experience in claims information and insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of health, safety worker’s compensation legislation and standards
- Knowledge and understanding of HSE legislative requirements, including psychosocial hazards and knowledge of the new Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation
- WA Class C Driver’s Licence
