The purpose of this role is to provide assessment support for the Performance Coaches, including but not limited to assessing EML Grow submissions from staff working in a variety of roles across the EML SA business.

The role will be required to provide quality, reasoned and timely feedback to our operational staff members and their leaders in line with the EML Grow capability framework. The role will also be required to stay abreast of our business's strategic priorities, performance, and change.

This will be a **full-time** **12-month secondment** position** **based in our Adelaide** **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with business leaders and Performance Coaches to monitor effectiveness of support and the ongoing capability of team members.
- Participate in and contribute to validation, or calibration of assessment outcomes
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
- Deliver effective learning outcomes driven by business needs
- Work effectively as a member of a team and actively demonstrate the EML values and culture on a consistent basis through effective L&D activity.
- Ensure process, procedures, guidelines and standards are upheld in all interactions and activity engaged in.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience within the workers compensation industry. (**Desirable**)
- Cert 4 in training and assessment. (**Desirable**).
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, evaluation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management and prioritisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and drive to provide a high level of service to our customer.
- Previous experience with, or a desire to, coach and develop others.
