**Asset Management Specialists (Energy sector)**

Our **Engineering and Asset Management** team take a holistic approach to managing infrastructure assets, balancing the cost, risk and performance to deliver better financial, environmental, customer and community outcomes.

We provide our clients with services spanning ISO55000 maturity assessments and management system design, strategic asset management planning, asset portfolio and demand modelling, reliability engineering, maintenance strategy development, asset management operating model design, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and asset information support.

**Your Opportunity**

Our **Engineering and Asset Management** team, focused on the Energy sector, is seeing continued growth in line with energy transition opportunities, increased regulatory scrutiny and a drive to keep energy prices down. Our team works closely with clients to take a data-first approach to making decisions for asset management, linking business strategy and operational action. We help our clients deliver results aligned with their organisational objectives, operational context and risk appetite.

We have new opportunities at **Manager** and **Associate Director** level for talented professionals who have worked in electricity and gas transmission, distribution or generation and have experience in any of the following areas:

- Asset management systems (ISO55000)
- Asset portfolio management
- Reliability engineering
- Maintenance strategy and delivery optimisation
- Regulatory submission development (for the asset portfolio)
- Asset management decision support
- Operational Technology (such as SCADA/ADMS/EMS, EAM, FSM and others)

In addition to these technical capabilities, our **Managers** and **Associate Directors** are responsible for people management, business development and execution of team strategy. They play a key role in engaging with our clients to understand their challenges and work alongside them for exceptional outcomes.

**Your Experience**

- Previous experience in asset management within the energy sector with an asset owner or as consultant to energy clients.
- Experience establishing or managing Asset Management Systems aligned with or compliant to ISO55000.
- Experience in analysing and reporting on data from Enterprise Asset Management, SCADA, IoT or other operational technologies to gain insights on asset risk, performance, utilisation, cost, and/or maintenance effectiveness.
- Experience in leading small to medium technical teams, supporting them to contribute effectively to organisational objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications, such as Engineering, Risk, Economics, Technology or Finance.
- Certified Asset Management Assessor or Chartered Professional Engineer.
