Culture Amp is recognized as one of the world's top private cloud companies by Forbes and one of the most innovative workplace companies by Fast Company. **How you can help make a better world of work** Core responsibilities will include - Partner with the APAC Director Talent, APAC People Partners, APAC GTM & Corporate Functions Leadership teams to design the APAC Business Recruiting Talent Hiring Strategy. - Collaborate with the Global Talent Leadership teams in areas of Talent Operations and Enablement to drive efficiency and growth, Talent Brand and DEI on strategic programs and the Executive Recruiting team to ensure readiness in leadership succession for your aligned business groups. - Design and Execute key components of the mid to long term strategy including amplifying our talent brand within the global executive community through different channels such as events and online media - Operate as "one team" with our DEI Team to evaluate ways to increase overall representation of minority groups across the business, using talent insights to guide us to the spaces we can bring more intention - Inspire our recruiting team by role modeling our values and leading with a mission driven mindset. - Bring an outside in perspective on the changing Talent and competitive landscape enabling us to continuously elevate our leadership impact **What You Bring to Our CAmp** - **Inspirational Leadership.** You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lean into difficult problems.
