**The Role**
As an **Automotive Phone Sales Consultant**, you’ll be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries - answering inbound calls, handling outbound follow-ups, and responding to online leads. Your goal is to **convert enquiries into sales** by providing outstanding customer service and securing appointments for test drives with our Sales Executives.
