An exciting opportunity has now become available within Dutton One, located at our Essendon Fields site. We are in search of a highly motivated Business Manager who is passionate about serving our customers and enhancing their experience with us.

We are seeking someone with a keen eye for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our diverse range of products, ensuring that our customers receive the best financial solutions tailored to their individual needs. Join us in this dynamic role where your expertise will make a meaningful impact, helping our customers drive their dreams forward.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, both over the phone and face-to-face is a MUST.
- Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers’ needs.
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to learn and think outside the square.
- A strong adherence to all compliance measures.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and a positive mindset.
- Demonstrate clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
