**Autoleague** have a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, career focused and hands-on **New Vehicle Sales Manager**to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of new cars with the potential to work with various flagship brands. You will be providing leadership and direction to sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.

**YOU**:

- Understanding of new vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
- Ability to manage new car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
- A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- **Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential
