The Chief of Staff is responsible for providing strategic and professional advice and support to the Vice-Chancellor (VC) and President; and for the successful implementation of resulting processes, practices, policies, communications, and outcomes required to achieve objectives in support of the University’s broader strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will provide well researched analysis, advice and support on a broad range of matters both internal and external to the University. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the Chief of Staff may from time-to-time be the Vice-Chancellor’s representative in forums, programs of work, initiatives and/or to resolve specific issues.
