We have an exciting opportunity to join the L3Harris team as a Deputy Capture Management Leader supporting our Australia business. We are seeking a strong, global leader who will act as a technical partnering lead and principal deputy to the SEA 5012 Capture Leader with disciplined Capture experience, as well as experience developing technical and market relationships to help qualify and develop winning partnerships. The individual selected for this position will assist the capture leader to develop and execute a win strategy to successfully compete for defense-related opportunities in Australia. Competencies we are looking for include, but are not limited to the following:

- Capture Management Capabilities and Experience:

- Experience planning structure and tools
- Competitive assessment development in Australia
- Experience generating and driving strategies based on customer requirements and motivators
- Techniques for determining discriminators that matter to the customer
- Proposal management experience
- Planning (strategy to action) and execution skills:

- Development and execution of action plans
- Customer/partner call plans
- Customer/partner meetings
- Other activities that advance the opportunity of developing status reporting rhythm for all levels of stakeholders

**Essential Functions**:

- Deputy to the US-based capture lead
- Technical partnering and gap assessment
- In-country defense industry capability assessment
- Customer and partner engagement (internal/external)
- Cross corporation and cross functional team management
- Partner internally in Australia with the primary MT Business Development lead and country coordinator in Canberra
- Partner internally in Australia with the IMSA team (GM, CTO, BD, etc) as required.
- Assist with coordination with the corporate country executive and US expat in Canberra

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- International Business Development/Capture Management knowledge/experience
- Clearance Eligibility required
- TS/SCI preferred

**Preferred Additional Skills**:

- Previous experience working in Australia
- Capture experience ( $300M opportunity)
